Unread Inbox Notifications, Custom Fields Report, and Membership Usage Updates
Need help keeping customers messages answered? Viewing custom field information? And understanding membership usage? We have updates to help with all three.
Unread Inbox Notifications
You can now choose which staff members get notified when there are unread messages waiting in the Inbox from customers.
To edit go to Settings > Inbox
Custom Fields in Reports
You can now run a report to see all of the answers from custom fields in one place! Check out our new Custom Fields report.
To access go to Analytics > Reports > Customers > Custom Fields. You can search by customer email, or by a specific field, or by answer. You can also download all of the data to a CSV file.
Membership Usage Review
It’s now easier to see usage of a membership directly from the Overview page in the customer’s profile. No need to go to the Activity tab and fish for the Membership, simply click the arrow next to the membership in a customer's overview to see what classes the customer booked with it and what is counting towards their usage limit.
