Tagging Customers for Organization & Review
Need help keeping customers organized? Now you can tag customers to help keep organized and understand key information at a glance.
Customers can now be assigned tags directly! In addition to having customer tags inherited from active memberships, you can now assign tags to individual customers directly. The tags are clearly seen in the customer’s profile and the customer’s tags can also conveniently be edited from the class signup page.
The ability to tag individual customers is a useful way for you to be able to organize and track your customers, their spending & their activity! Tagging individuals gives you the power to:
Organize specific customers into groups
Enable price rules for hand selected customers
Pull reporting based on individual tags you assign (I.e. track total sales or total bookings of specific tagged customers)
To edit go to your desired customer > click the three dots menu > and select Edit customer’s tags
A window will pop up where you can assign existing tags or create new ones.
