Sequence Condition Updates, New Attendance Reporting, and Direct Debit Launches in UK
Want to remove folks from sequences or target them with messages after key actions? Keep on top of customer attendance? Allow your UK customers to accept direct debit?
Sequence Condition Updates
Within marketing sequences, you can now set counter conditions for after a customer is enrolled in the sequence. This is useful for when want a specific action to take a customer out of a sequence, but only if they take an action after they get the initial message in the flow.
For example, say you want to send a series of messages reminding a customer to purchase a new class pack as they use up the last classes in their current one. With packages, we know that often a customer will purchase the same pack again. With our new settings, you can set the purchase of that same package as a counter condition after the customer is enrolled in the sequence, so once the customer repurchases, they won’t get the additional messages reminding them to buy.
Note that the counter condition can be based on any membership purchase, class purchase or a tag being added to the customer.
You also have additional who should be excluded settings within each sequence action. This allows you to drill down and send specific targeted emails based on a customer’s visit history.
For example, let’s say you have an intro special that gives customers unlimited classes for 14 days. Based on your pricing, you’ve found that anyone who visits 5+ times during that intro will save money per class if they continue with your unlimited monthly membership (and continue to practice with the same consistency). With these new settings, you could send a targeted email - excluding anyone who’s visited less than 5 times - selling your unlimited membership & explaining why it’s the right fit for them. Then, you can send another email excluding anyone who’s had more than 4 visits and recommend your class packs, or whichever membership is right for them!
Customer Attendance Analysis Report
Check out our newly added Customer Attendance Analysis report. This is an excellent way to see the attendance stats of your customers all in one place, and you can break it down by any date parameters you choose.
UK BACS Direct Debit Live
If you’re in the UK, you can now allow customers to pay with direct debit. This is not on by default, so you’ll need to enable the option in your settings under settings>get paid.
