Segment Which Fees Customers Cover & Modify Your Business Terminology
Select if customers pay for card fees or direct debit fees separately & customize the terms within your account to better suit your business and customers!
You now have the ability to customize which fees you pass on to customers vs. which you cover as a business. This can be a great way to incentivize customers to switch to using direct debit, since fees are much lower (i.e. if you have customers cover card fees, but you take on direct debit fees).

Additionally, you now have the ability to edit the terminology used within your account to better align with your business and suit your customers. Under settings > wording customization, you will find a selection of options for: Studio, Class, Semester and Teacher for you to choose from. For example, if you and your students refer to a “class” as a “session,” or a “semester” as a “term,” you can now edit these to avoid any confusion when a customer goes to book.
Note: if you need additional terminology that is not currently listed, please reach out to support@momence.com and we can get it added for you!
