🚀 Resend Unopened Marketing Emails + Lead Conversion Template + More Sequence Updates!

Go Deeper with Retargeted Email Marketing
Did you know that, after sending any marketing email, you can see the email statistics, including open (and now unopened!) rates, link clicks, unsubscribes, and more? Even better, you can also use those stats to specifically retarget customers based on how they interacted with your email.
For example, let’s say you send out an email to your customer list about a holiday promo you’re running, which discounts your class packs, with a link to purchase. A few days later, you can go into the sent message statistics and send a “What are you waiting for?” message to anyone who clicked the purchase link, and/or a “Don’t let this promotion pass you by!” follow-up to the group that hasn’t opened the email yet.
With this feature, you have the ability to customize how you retarget groups after any email you send, from both one-off messages and sequences. See below for how to find your email statistics.
From a One-off email: Marketing > One-off messages > Sent > select the email > click on Open rate and/or Link statistics.
From a Sequence email: Marketing > Sequences > select the sequence > select the action > click on Open rate and/or Link statistics.
Leads Conversion Template
Do you have the Leads App, but wish you had some guidance on how to best optimize our system to get maximum conversions? Or, are you curious about activating Leads, but haven’t yet because you aren’t quite sure where to get started?
Never fear - our new Lead Conversion template to the rescue!
We have been working hard to create our newest sequence template - Lead Conversion - to support you with taking the guessing out of what makes a successful leads funnel. This template can be used as is - with the exception of editing the content copy to fit your business - to create a high-touch funnel for new leads, or you can choose to edit the quantity and/or timing of actions if you like to have contact a bit more spaced out.
You can start using this new template under Marketing > Sequences > Create > Folder from template > Lead Conversion.
Create New Leads from Sequences
You now have the ability to Create a lead from any sequence. This is useful if you have different definitions of a lead, or if you have a part of the customer journey that you want to track within your leads list. You can then update their lead stage to track exactly where they are in their customer journey.
For example, let’s say you have a One Free Class special that clients only receive from an advertisement connected to a lead form. Also, after they use their free class, you offer an Unlimited Month Intro. Technically, once the client purchases one of these items, they are converted into a customer in Momence, however, you still consider them to be leads until they complete their intro and purchase a membership. To add these clients to back into your leads list after purchasing the intro, you could create a sequence using the Intro offer purchase trigger and the Create lead action type, then associate it with the a source related to your intro offer. Additionally, this would also capture any client who purchases your intro offer, even if they didn’t receive the special One Free Class advertisement, enabling you to see the full picture of that group.
Find the new Create lead under the Action type section within each action of a sequence.
Active Membership Counter Condition
Have you ever created a marketing sequence and wanted to remove anyone with an Active Membership from receiving the messages? For example, maybe you only want your win-back sequence to go to someone without an active membership. Well, now you can!
Now, under the Counter-conditions settings of any Sequence Action you will see the option to select “Don’t send if customer has active membership.” This new setting allows you to remove anyone who currently has a membership on their account for any action that you create within a sequence.
