You can now create appointment services where two staff members are required to be booked at once!
Require Two Staff Members for Appointment Services
We understand that your business might have many different kinds of appointment offerings, and sometimes two staff members are required in order to provide the service you are promising! For example, maybe you offer couples massages, or perhaps you offer semi-private training, which requires two coaches in order to provide the personalized attention customers are looking for.
Having the ability to provide these kind of services and have the booking process streamlined and efficient is exactly why we built our newest feature upgrade: Require Two Staff for Appointment Services. With this new option, you have the ability to require that two staff members are booked at once for any service.
You can use this functionality when creating new services, or you can turn it on for any current ones on your account. All you have to do is toggle on the Requires two instructors option under the Staff section when creating or editing any service.
When booking any of these services from the dashboard, you and your team will be able to select the two staff members the customer wants for the appointment:
And you have the ability to decide if customers can select which two staff theyโd like, or if that step is randomized for them. If you need a refresher on how to change these settings, check out this article!
