🌟 Now Live: Tipping; Manual Add to Sequences; Send Customers to Google Reviews
You can now have customers select a tip amount for services, manually add individual customers to a marketing sequence, plus enable a direct reroute to your Google reviews page!

1. Tipping!
We know that it can be awkward to ask the “How much would you like to tip?” question after providing a service to your customers. Now, you can allow them to decide privately with our Tips feature.
With this new release, anytime you’re ringing someone up through the POS, you have the option to Add tip and can flip your computer, tablet, or phone around to the customers so they can choose their amount.
Tips gives you the ability to have four pre-selected percentages that the customer can select, or they can type in a custom amount. To set your Tipping percentages go to settings > general > scroll down to Tipping.
2. Add Customers Manually to Sequences
Do you have any marketing sequences that you created, but there are customers who missed the trigger timeframes? You can now manually add customers to any sequence from the sequence settings!
This is useful if you have someone you want to send through a sequence of messages again for some reason, if the sequence was created after a customer already passed the sequence triggers, or if you want to create an account to test out your sequences on.
To manually add someone to a sequence, go to Marketing > Sequences > select the sequence > click the 3 dots at the top right > Manually enroll a customer.

3. Send Customers to Google Reviews
Want to focus on getting more Google reviews, so they’re shown publicly? You now have the option to automatically redirect any customer who leaves you a 5-star review in Momence straight to your Google review page. To set this up, ensure that you have your Google review link entered in your Reviews settings, then toggle on Redirect customer to Google review link.
You can find all of these settings under Marketing > Reviews > Reviews settings.
