🌟New: Exclude Groups in Customer Segmentation & Add Signatures to Intake Forms & More!
New filters enable you to exclude certain groups from segments; require signatures on intake forms; easily find SMS without replies; filter customer visits by date range; plus new "lite" plug in!
Exclude Groups in Customer Segmentation Filtering
Using our Customer segmentation tool is a great way to organize and understand your clients on a regular basis. This feature is also incredibly valuable when you want to send targeted messaging to particular groups. However, we know that, sometimes, deciding who to exclude from messaging can be just as valuable as who to include, which is why we’ve added the following new selections:
Customers who don’t have the selected membership(s) active:
This new filter option allows you to choose a certain group who doesn’t have a selected membership active. You can also select multiple memberships to group together anyone who doesn’t have any of the selected memberships active.
You can use this filter to simply pull a list of anyone without whichever active membership you choose, or you can pair this filter with an additional one to exclude certain members from a group.
ex. You could filter to find customers who’ve had more than 5 visits in the last 30 days, but don’t have an active membership by using the filter by visits toggle with a flexible date type, and customers who don’t have any of the selected memberships active.
Customers who don’t have this tag:
You can also now search for a group of customers who don’t have a particular tag. This can be used on it’s own, and it can be especially useful if you are trying to create a segment that excludes clients with a certain tag.
For example, let’s say you frequently have workshops where people travel from out of town, and often, you have people who don’t want to be included on your weekly newsletters, but would like to be alerted about special weekend workshops in the future.
You can tag these individuals with a “no weekly newsletter” tag, and then create a “Newsletter” segment where you include everyone who’s had at least one visit in the last 90 days (using filter by visits), and Customers who don’t have this tag.
Add signature to intake forms
Do you have any services, such as massage, physical therapy, etc. where you require a customer consent form before the appointment? Now, you can now add a Signature box on your Intake Forms to automate this process and ensure that everyone signs ahead of time! This eliminates steps for your staff to remember, and enables customers to get paperwork done beforehand, so that the appointment can begin right when they arrive.
To require a customer signature on any form, go to Customers > Intake forms > select form (or create new form) > toggle ON “ask for customer signature at the bottom of intake form.” Not seeing intake forms? Check out this article to get started!
“Not Responded To” Filter in Inbox
Have you ever lost sleep thinking that a text from a customer may have gotten missed? Well, bring on the Zzz’s, because we just added in a Not responded filter to your Inbox! With this new filter, you will be able to easily see any customer who sent you a text but has not received a text back, making it super easy to check for missed messages.
Check out this filter under Home > Inbox > Check Not responded.
Filter Visits Tab in Customer Activity
Have you ever had a customer ask about visits within a particular date range (ex. if they’re trying to sort the number of visits during their subscription renewal), but had a hard time looking through their history to confirm? Well, no more - you can now filter by date range within a customer’s visit history tab!
To use this filter, navigate to the customer’s profile > Activity > Visits > Filters.
“Lite” Plugin Version
We know that some people prefer a minimalist approach and feel on their websites, so we just added in a “Lite” version of our class schedule plugin. This will still give customers all the required information, but with a bit of a minimalistic vibe.
Check out this new version under Studio set-up > Add to website > Classes Schedule > Lite plugin version. Please note that you will need to copy the new plugin code to paste it on your website to replace your old coding, if you do choose to switch.
