We are thrilled to share some additional updates to our Leads app that you can begin using right away!
New Leads Updates:
Auto-Remove Leads from Sequences:
You now have the ability to decide when a Lead gets auto-removed out of a sequence (i.e. when they make their first booking or purchase; or possibly later when they buy their first non-intro membership or package). To auto-remove leads out of Lead Sequences you add counter conditions when creating a Lead sequence.
Setting counter conditions can help to differentiate between true Leads (someone who’s filled out a form but hasn't been to your business) and current customers who are a Lead for a particular program or training (ex. shared interest for your next teacher training).Â
Counter conditions can also help if you want a certain sequence to only go out to true Leads and not someone who’s already a customer at your business. In this case you could implement an all-time Counter-condition of class purchase, which will remove anyone who’s ever booked a class at your studio.
Redirect after a Lead Form Submission:
You can now choose to redirect Leads to any landing page of your choice after they fill out a Lead Form and press submit. This is super beneficial and allows you to get an additional marketing touch on a hot lead. You might choose to direct Leads to your schedule page, so they are immediately pushed to book, or possibly a special thank you page with more information about your business, or even a page promoting your upcoming events! You have the ability to have different redirect pages for each individual form that you create.
To implement a Redirect, go to Studio set-up > Add to website > Lead Forms.
