More Flexibility for Hourly Pay Rates & Payroll
Need to be able to adjust pay rates for all staff activities, not just teaching? Now you can with editable pay rates, and you can pull payroll reporting too.
You now have greater flexibility when structuring how you pay for your staff and the different duties they perform. For hourly employees, you can now attach pay rates to their clocked in shifts, and pull payroll reports to get a view of all hours and appropriate rates/payout.
How to Add and Edit Hourly Pay Rates
To edit, go to Settings > Host Account > Staff Accounts. Select the staff member you want to edit hourly rates for.
You’ll see this window pop up.
Have your teachers clock in at the start/clock out at the end of each shift from the Point of Sale. You and your staff can also manage hours if they ever forget to clock in or out. From the manage hours page, you will be able to easily change or assign a pay rate if you hadn't entered one for that teacher yet.
When it's time to pull payroll, you can use the Staff Time Tracking Report and it will give you all of the hours/payouts for your staff.
