As a reminder, the Leads App is an add-on that supports you in capturing and converting potential new customers into members. Differentiate Sources for Facebook & Instagram Ads
If you are connecting Facebook and Instagram marketing to your Leads, you can now distinguish between each individual ad that you run. This is useful if you want to have different marketing sequences go out to different ad segments, and it also helps you to understand which ads were most successful based on the number of leads you capture from each.
*note: already connected your Facebook account, and not seeing this option? You will need to revoke your connection and reconnect for this to go live on your account.
Customize and Easily Embed Lead Forms on Your Website
Capturing leads can take many forms - from a ânewsletter signupâ at the bottom of your website, to a QR code on your front door that can be scanned while your business is closed, to a link on a business card offering a discount off someoneâs first class. With all of the different possibilities you might use, we wanted to make customizing and embedding your lead forms super simple, which is exactly what we did. Check out this quick tutorial video and start customizing your lead forms under Marketing > Leads > Settings > Go to plugins.
Custom Questions on Lead Forms
You can now create custom fields and add them to your lead forms under Marketing > Leads > Custom lead fields. This is helpful anytime you want to gather additional information about your potential customers to better understand and/or direct them (ex. âHow did you hear about us?â or âWhatâs your level of experience?â)
Capture Current Customers in Lead Sequences
For certain programs or events, it can be useful to gauge interest from your current customers in addition to traditional leads. Examples of this might be a teacher training, retreat, or any other high-ticket item where potential participants might be more hesitant and need additional information before committing. With our newest Leads update, you can create marketing sequences that encompass anyone who fills out your lead form, ensuring that you get the right information to everyone interested.
