Integrate Mailchimp with Ribbon, freeze memberships, and many more new features!
Hey there - hope you had an amazing weekend and a great start to the week. We’ve been busy adding a lot of features (and many more that we’ll be launching soon!).
Sending over some new features for you today:
Mailchimp Integration: you can now integrate Ribbon with Mailchimp. If you’re interested, please send an email to support@withribbon.com with subject Request Mailchimp and we’ll get you set up!
Refunds: you can now refund customers straight to their bank via your dashboard. Click on their customer profile, hover over to their purchase under past activity, click on the three dots, and click on “refund customer”.
Customizable cancellation policy: you can now choose the exact # of hours for your cancellation policy.
Transfer active student memberships from one to the other: you now have the ability to transfer members from one auto-renewing membership to the other (you’ll have three options to choose from on the type of transfer you’d like).
Edit student renewal dates for auto-renewing subscriptions.
Freeze subscriptions: you can now freeze a student’s auto-renewing subscriptions.
Exclude memberships right from class/event creation: when you create a class, you are given the ability to choose what memberships that class is included in.
Add SMS to teacher accounts: you can now add a teacher’s phone number to their teacher account in your dashboard.
New reports: check out the new reports we’ve added under “Analytics:”
Staff accounts: you can now add multiple staff accounts under “Staff Accounts”.
Sliders for your video library: customers can now browse through your videos with the slider.
