You have to get these set up. You can now trigger automatic emails that go out to your students if they are (1) new or (2) have not attended class in a while.
Win-back emails: write out emails to be sent to a student who, for example, has not attended any class in 10 days.
Welcome emails: write out your own custom welcome email for any new student who signs up for one of your classes / memberships.
Filter Customer List by Membership Types
You can now filter your customer list by each membership you offer.
Chapter Unlocking for Video Courses
You can now set your courses so that students who purchase a course now have to complete a chapter before they can move on to the next :)

Over the past 4 months, we have conducted thousands of A/B tests on customer conversion and our tests have shown that a small customer fee has no impact on customer conversion. On Friday, we intend to launch a 4% customer service fee. This will not impact your business in any way. We’re constantly working as hard and as fast as possible to provide all features to power your business. We’re adding this fee for Ribbon to have a healthy business so that we can continue to deliver on our goal of giving you the all and the best-in-class tools for you to build a successful business.
