More email templates for you to customize, integrations, tagging memberships, and more :)

Hey everyone! Hope you’ve been doing well. Some very exciting feature updates we’d love to share:

1. More email templates.

2. Activating memberships at future dates.

3. Integrations tab.

4. Tagging memberships.

5. Changing renewal dates of a membership for one date only.

More email templates

You can now edit more transactional email templates in Ribbon. Head over to the Email Templates section under Marketing, you can also enable/disable specific templates.

Activating memberships at future dates

You can now sell a membership via the point of sale, and have it activate at a later date. You’ll have the option to choose whether you charge the student now or later as well.

Integrations

You can now integrate with Mailchimp and Classpass directly in your dashboard. If you’re interested in a Zapier integration, please let us know as that should be live soon too :)

Tagging Memberships

You can now tag memberships. E.g. if you have a couple of different auto renewing subscriptions, you can tag them all as an auto renew tag, and then on the signup roster you’ll see at a glance all of the signups who are on auto renew.

Changing renewal prices of an auto renewing subscription for a specific set of renewals.

You can now change a price for a renewing membership set for X number of renewals, in case you’d like to just have it adjusted for 1 or 2 (examples) renewals.
