⚡️FRESH New Updates to Marketing Sequences - Metrics, Referrals Template & Conditions!
Track how your marketing strategy is doing using Metrics; implement a flow for referrals using our newest template; get even more targeted in your messaging using tag conditions
If you haven’t noticed, we take marketing pretty seriously here at Momence…and we don’t mean for own brand! We’re talking about the new advancements we are continuously releasing within the marketing suite for you to use in your business.
Since starting Momence, we have seen the drastic impacts that a strategic and well implemented marketing plan can have on businesses within the wellness space, and one of our top priorities will always be on adding tools that can make this easier for you.
Read below for some of the newest additions to Sequences that you can start using today, and if you don’t have the Marketing Suite on your account yet, email us at success@momence.com to get started 💥
Sequence Metrics
Want to track how your marketing strategy is doing? Check out our new Metrics section within your main Sequences page!
Within the Metrics box, you can see the number of: Sequences triggered; Executed actions; and Revenue generated in the last 30, 90, or 365 days. You will also see the percentage increase or decrease in these numbers compared to the previous period, allowing you to analyze what’s happening from a zoomed out view.
Note that the Sequences triggered metric shows the number of overall sequence runs that happened, the Executed actions metric details the individual actions (i.e. SMS, emails, staff tasks, etc), and the Revenue generated calculates the amount of revenue you received from customers within 30 days of them opening an email or receiving an SMS from a sequence.
PS - have feedback or other metrics you’d like included in this section? We want to hear from you! Email success@momence.com to share your thoughts.
Referrals Template
The newest addition to our sequence templates is here - Convert Referrals to Members! As you may already know, word of mouth is one of the top ways to grow your community and business. Having a customer referral program set up to reward your loyal customers for bringing friends will maximize this opportunity, however, if you don’t have any sort of strategy for how you’ll follow up with these referred guests, you might miss out on a lot of business.
The thought of creating and implementing a process for referral followup may have seemed daunting in the past…but not anymore! With the release of our Convert Referrals to Members template, you can easily set up an automated system that ensures referrals book their first class, get check ins until they buy their next membership, and even get requests to refer their own friends and family once they’ve been a longtime customer with you!
You can find this new template under Marketing > Sequences > Create > Folder from template > Convert Referrals to Members

New Tag Condition
We are always working to create new ways to create super specific customer journeys within your sequence flows. One new tool that will allow you to get really precise with who your messaging is going to is the Customer has tag True/False condition. With this new condition, you will be able to include or exclude particular customers that you are trying to target.
One example you can actually see in the customer referral template we mentioned above! In the second part of this sequence, we wanted to target anyone who was referred once they have their first visit. Currently, the only trigger associated with a referred customer happens at the moment that they create a profile from their friend’s referral link. Since we wanted to send something based on their first visit, we used the class visit trigger, and added in the condition of customer has tag - referred (note that you would need to have set up this tag prior to setting this condition).
