Filter Segments by Customer Tags
Refine your segments by filtering by customer tags, and send them a message.
You can now filter segments by customer tags. Beyond the benefit to your analysis, this can be super helpful if you want to reach out to tagged customers in your CRM. Simply create a segment out of those tagged customers, then send them that message you’ve been thinking of.
To use go to your desired segment then click Customer Segmentation > scroll down to toggle on Filter by customer tags > Select desired tags > click Apply Filter. Optionally click Save segment and name your new segment.
