You now can edit the pricing of any upcoming membership renewal for customers. Additionally, Interac is now live for hosts based in Canada!
Edit Pricing of Specific Membership Renewals
We understand that there are some instances when you need to change the pricing of a customer’s membership for a specific period in the future. For example, maybe you only allow freezes for a month or longer, but a loyal member is traveling for two weeks and asked for a discount, or maybe a student shares that they’ve been laid off and you want to offer special pricing so they can continue their practice during a challenging time.
Here at Momence, we are always striving to save you time and eliminate extra steps (like having to set that calendar reminder so you don’t forget to change Sarah’s December renewal price), which is why we’ve just added the ability to edit the price of specific membership renewals. Now, when you click in to edit a customer’s membership, you can see and edit the details of the next 12 upcoming renewals, so you can customize the pricing of each renewal in the way that you need. You will still have the ability to change all upcoming renewals by using the Renewal price box, and you can edit the number of auto-renewals before a customer can cancel contract and the number of renewals left from this screen as well.
To make changes to a specific renewal price in a customer’s membership: go to the customer’s profile > select the three dots next to the membership you’re changing > edit > click the edit button for the renewal you need to change.
Interac Now Live for Canadian Hosts
For our hosts based in Canada, you can now accept payments from customers who prefer to use Interac! This is live on all accounts and you will be able to accept payments immediately.
