Allow Customers to Initiate their own Membership Transfers 💥
Ever find yourself bogged down with countless admin tasks and requests? Let us take something off your plate by allowing customers to handle their own membership transfers!
As a small business owner, sometimes it can feel like there just aren’t enough hours in the day. We know that it can be hard to balance teaching, leading a team, managing operations plus handling all of the customer requests — sooo many requests. As your software provider, our goal is to take as many of the small, transactional tasks off of your plate to free up your time for things that make the biggest impact. Which is why we are excited to launch the ability to enable membership transfers by customers.
Enable Membership Transfers by Customers 🌟
This new setting eliminates the back and forth when a customer wants to upgrade or change to another membership, giving you and your team precious time back. To enable, navigate to Settings > General Setup > scroll to Misc. account settings > toggle on 'Enable membership transfer by a customer.’
What Customers See 👀
From their customer dashboard, clients can find their live subscriptions under My memberships on the left hand navigation bar. From there, they can click the three dots next to an any membership to find the Transfer membership option.
Next, a pop-up will appear where they can select a new membership to transfer to on their next renewal.
Note that customers will only be able to see memberships that are toggled on to be Featured at checkout from your memberships page.
Once they’ve selected the new membership and saved, their profile will show a blue Transfer tag indicating that their new membership will begin on the next renewal.
