Accept ACH Payments With Reduced Fees

You now have the ability to take ACH payments (direct debit in the US) through Momence. We already offer direct debit in Australia and the EU, with the UK and Canada coming very shortly.

Once turned on, your customers will be able to link their bank accounts (through instant verification), and you can then take payments directly from their bank account, instead of their credit card.

What’s great about ACH? Your fees go down by more than 60% compared to credit card transactions.

Using ACH for Direct Debit

To turn on ACH direct debit you must be in the US. Send an email to support@momence.com with your request. Once reviewed you will see ACH payments available in your dashboard.

Under Settings > General you can choose to have all your membership renewals automatically come through ACH payments for customers that have their bank account connected.
